Exercise: Workouts are the best way to keep fit. Even if you find half-an-hour a day of spare time, use it to exercise. I stick to a strict routine of hitting the gym at least four days a week.

Drink lots of water:
Hot water and lime helps keep in shape. I drink a glass of hot water with a dash of lime daily. It cleans your system and keeps your skin healthy. Drinking a minimum of at least two litres of water a day is a must.

Dieting is not the answer:
Eat whatever you want, but remember to keep the helpings small.
Try to opt for a light dinner: It’s difficult to have a light dinner, specially since most of us have this meal with our family. But avoid over-eating at dinner, instead opt for a heavy lunch or brunch. Eating a heavy meal at night takes it’s toll on the digestive system.
