Tips to Choose a Shampoo for your Hair
Recognize your hair class. Is it oily? Normal? Consult your hairdresser if important.
Feel fortunate if you have normal hair. Choose a shampoo that is made exclusively for normal hair, and make sure it's meant for daily or every-other-day washes.
Seltect a gentle shampoo that is made exclusively for oily hair and/or for daily use, if your hair gets oily. Make sure it has ingredients like tea tree oil, sage oil and chamomile.
Avoid conditioning shampoos if you have oily hair
Opt for a moisturise shampoo for curly hair, and a protein-based shampoo for kinky hair.
Study the label on a protein-based shampoo and make sure that protein is planned as one of the first ingredients, followed by shea butter, glycerin, sulfur or carotene.
Use a color-safe shampoo and conditioner every day for hair that's been dyed, bleached or tinted.
